Und über allem die Banner unserer Verzweiflung: ein Mensch in fötaler Haltung Schutz suchend, wo kein Schutz (mehr) ist, eine Tür, ein altes Fachwerk auf dem geschrieben steht, die Losung der Zeit: in allen Worten, die es hierfür gibt ausgedrückt, das eine: WIR SIND VOLLER ANGST UND UNGEWISSHEIT.
Eine Losung, die mich sehr anspricht und die ich unterschreiben würde, vor allem aber als Forderung an uns: lauft nicht den selbsternannten Führern nach, was immer sie euch erzählen wollen, sie wissen genauso wenig wie ihr. Als Forderung an uns, sich dieser Unsicherheit auszusetzen und sie auszuhalten und die Schlussfolgerung aus dieser Erkenntnis kann nur sein: Demut und Toleranz, Liebe und Mitgefühl.
oder Zynismus und Wut? oder Trauer und Schmerz?
Ein ausdrucksstarkes unter die Haut gehendes Bild, für das ich meine eigenwillige Interpretation zu entschuldigen bitte.
Schön wär's, wenn noch anderen etwas einfiele...
What I love most of all about this photo manipulation is the complexity of the concept. All the elements have a certain meaning which underlines the theme. And in order to understand what's going on you really have to take a closer look at the piece and think about it. That's what makes this image really interesting in my opinion.
The second thing that got my attention is the unusual composition with the huge frames in front the sky. Besides, I rarely see text implemented so well in a piece. It really is a nice detail.
There are only a couple of minor details I noticed:
- the statue in the middle throws a large and deep shadow, but there's no sun in the grey and cloudy sky which could actually make that happen
- where is the shadow of the flag?
- the rope which ties the frames together is a little dark. I'd brighten it up a bit to blend it seemlessly with the frames
- the ground could use some atmospheric fading or other lighting adjustments to create a better depth
As you can see it's only nitpicking I'm doing here. This is a fantastic piece of art mate!
