When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.

buried dreams

I can't comment as I haven't heard the song.
I like the colours you've used even if it is sad. -- Member of *FracMan. ~MyFractalStock -- my works: [link] #Dark-Arts-Asylum Resident Patient Well sadness can only get better.
I don't dislike sad art or music as it reflects real life so well. I'm just not very informed about younger peoples choices nowadays. I am very fond of classical music of which much is very melancholy, like Schubert. I'm glad I make you laugh! Someone got annoyed with me the other day because I said his photo was sad. He didn't think so. -- Member of *FracMan. ~MyFractalStock Excellent image and class music. Here's a sound mirror [link]
yeah! this one is from the album, too! i really like the sound and specially the atmo in it! thank you!
-- my works: [link] #Dark-Arts-Asylum Resident Patient nice idea! great concept and very nicely put together. the colours blend well

I agree with the critique that there should maybe be more interaction between the top and bottom with the middle. Looks great overall and the idea and concept are solid...

Special thumbs up for the clever simplicity of your approach my friend. This is just striking and I think the vision and originality are easy 5 stars for that matter with no question.
My only concern is the lack of interaction between the central piece and the textures. I understand, and very much feel the pressure and pain as the direct results of that defined division; however, I believe a certain transition could improve the impact of the image by miles.
For instance, some oldschool fractals and abstract brushes could join on an overlay of steam on the texture over the left clouds to help provide the right space for an ultimate free fall from the foreground deep into the background and otherwise.
One could argue that this may question the concept of buried dreams; yet, in my humble opinion, there is more than two dimensions to your art. And I rather experience things moving deep in the Z direction.
After all that, what is most striking is the great blending of textures and the masterful control over the hues and tones that I think you just do instinctively.
I also think that the contrast between the rough textural frame and the wonderful scenery seems to be very successful. The hanger vs. flower reference is also most interesting; although, I personally find the hanger much more calming
It is always a pleasant trip enjoying your artwork mate.
Keep it up!
