how much can you take?
i think it is about time to make my contribution to the worldwide climate thing. looked around on dA and i didn´t saw anything relating to this theme. well, as i show in this work, my point of view is the following... all the thing happening on our planet, flood, heavy storm, tawing, heat and so on is displayed to mainly human faults. part of this might be right - but - every single one of us isn´t to blame to be responsible for the turn of the climate of our world. the politicians, the companies and the nature organisations are talking to you that in your mind you start to think "oh my god, i am guilty! they are right saying, i have to pay more taxes, the gasoline price must raise, stop eating food from other countries ´coz importing it polutes the atmosphere." in my eyes it is rubbish! how much can everyone of us take? are we the ones who are able to change the things? shouldn´t first of all the heads of the mighty states and china the ones who reduce their exhausts? i know this theme is hard to discuss and i´ll might get some harsh critics by someone here for my point. but let´s see... i think this one is something to be shown in art. ... composing done in photoshop. original size is 85x160cm at 300 dpi. stock used from: ~nikki-stock ~Shiskababe |

potential voters.
On the issue of global warming and general destroying of the earth, well...
the world has survived much worse than us, I think we're overestimating our own power
just a bit. No matter how hard we try, I don't think we can single-handedly doom a whole planet.
Even in the event of a nuclear war, life would continue and the earth would replenish itself in time.
If anyone disagrees, be sure to say so. I like being proven wrong once in a while.
Long post!
and about your concept... Well it is all about money. There is alllllllot of things that we are able to do against it but many of them will question the harvest of some big, and I mean reeeeaaaallly big, owners of economic emipres. Oil industry @ first, down to any thing that has anything to do with chemicals. Money rules my friends. and thats about it. ALAS!
